OK, this is ready to go now.
We need to turn off jacobr's auto-rolling service for webkit commits, and/or
change it to detect commits to the git repo, and roll the webkit commit hash.

All commits should now be directly to the git repo.  If you want a new branch,
to work on something other than master, just create it and push it to the repo.

If you have outstanding CLs, it is OK to commit them to SVN - I have a git-svn
checkout with the git repo as a remote, to push them manually to the git repo.

But it would be better to make them git CLs, and land them with git CL land.
