Subzero: Enable "pnacl-translate -arch x86-64 --use-sz".

Simply adds the x86-64 arch to the Subzero whitelist.

This is a prerequisite for full Subzero x86-64 support on the bots - CL in progress at https://codereview.chromium.org/1698523003/ .
