Here are the binaries (from 7-zip.org) that accompany the source change in
https://codereview.chromium.org/1700453002/. I will land these directly once the
sources land since it's my understanding that the CQ can't be trusted with them.

lgtm, but IIUC, these are built by 7-zip.org, not by us from the source,
correct? (I can't seem to find any hashes or anything to verify the objects are
correct.)

I vaguely verified that the previous binaries corresponded with the ones I
downloaded from 7-zip.org. What sort of verification do you think is reasonable
for these ones?

I don't think so. I am replacing the two binaries that we have checked in.

I don't know, I was hoping 7-zip.org published the expected hash or something -
it looks like the executables are not digitally signed. Not sure what else can
be done, so might as well proceed...
