module stuff.

Could you also re-word it like the others? It's a bit strange here since the
page its on describes the whole i18n infrastructure, not just the API. In any
case this description has too many commas.

Use the <code>chrome.i18n</code> infrastructure to implement
internationalization across your whole app or extension.
