All of this is going to show up as dial's description. It's full of great
information, but we probably want to move this somewhere else and leave a more
concise description here.

Yes we should move it to an intro. Could you do that?

You could use the first paragraph here as the description, re-worded to sound
like the others. "Use the <code>chrome.dial</code> API to discover devices that
support DIAL".

I created an intro for chrome.dial. The API isn't currently listed in the
available APIs for extensions or apps, though, so I didn't add in a public
template for it.
