Is this import dangling from elsewhere?  I don't see any other changes to files
in this API.

You added PlatformFile to this file without adding an include. It worked for you
because third_party/zlib/google/zip_reader.h is included from
src/chrome/browser/extensions/api/image_writer_private/operation.h, but I'm
removing PlatformFile from zlib.
