Also rename llc to pnacl-llc in trybot ARM validator timing test.

References to the x86 GCC toolchain above are rather confusing, because
that's unrelated to this current change.  Can you leave that part out?
Those auto-generated messages still seem too noisy to be useful.

Had to change llc.nexe -> pnacl-llc.nexe in some trybot validation time test.

Perhaps we should remove that later or make it run on the buildbot.
