Add Installer.InstallDateProvisioningSource metric.

Add Installer.InstallDateProvisioningSource metric.

This metric was added to update_engine to track how the
install-date-days variable is calculated.

BUG=chromium:336838
TEST=Validated the xml, pretty print succeeded.
