Add support for Debian/jessie sysroot images

The primary change/advantage here is gcc-4.8 and the

The latter.  This will be the next sysroot once we decide to leave wheezy (and
anything else of that era behind).  This is the next stable debian release after
wheezy (and the current stable).

Once we switch we can delete the old wheezy sysroot stuff.
