Added support for a lot more JSON features.

Obviously the debugger doesn't care about the binary representations of images,
path effects, mask filters, etc., but the ability to do a round-trip to/from
JSON with these features preserved makes it much easier for me to see that
everything is in fact working. By default, a human-readable description of these
objects is sent instead of the binaries.
