For some reason, I thought I had managed to view them by hash, but I can't
figure it out now, so maybe I just thought I had done it.  Instead of further
hard thinking, this just adds them so I can look at the results, and if they
aren't scary I'll fold a revert of this into the other CL.

In general, it's strongly recommended to add histogram names to histograms.xml
rather than trying to look them up by their hash value -- it's both a better UI,
and better documentation for what histograms have been used and why.  At some
point, we might start dropping all unmapped histograms at the server, so looking
them up by hash won't be an option at all.
