As peter@ says, the idea here is to show the calculated
and/or truncated values. |bitsPerSecond| overrides and
is divided into audio and video bitrates in a UA dependent
way, hence the interest in reading them back etc.

It seems to me that we should either initialize all scalar values in-line (like
these), or all in the initialization list of the constructor, not a mixture of
both.
