Renames some WindowManager classes

Renames some WindowManager classes

WindowManager->WindowManagerDeprecated (i'll nuke this entirely soon)
WindowManagerInternal->WindowManager

I'll move the WindowManager classes into window_manager.mojom once I
nuke WindowManagerDeprecated (I can't now because of a cycle).
