ident is wrong. Do you really need _all_ of that folder? How large is it?

Note that telemetry.isolate contains the whole catapult/, so this doesn't change
the size of the isolate.

I can make a subsequent work to try to shrink down the things that telemetry
needs, but it's an orthogonal issue.
