We might want to add  add "-cdm" or "-key-system" since this is not
self-explanatory. WDYT?

Should we use a more general name for this capability since it could also be
implemented on Android and other platforms? Also to clearly indicate that this
is for testing. Perhaps --enable-test-key-systems
