Remove HTTP/2 status text from SpdyTestUtil.

Remove HTTP/2 status text from SpdyTestUtil.

Remove status text "OK" from SpdyTestUtil::ConstructSpdyPush() and
SpdyTestUtil::ConstructSpdyPushHeaders(), because HTTP/2 bans the use of status
text.  Update net_unittests.
