Please keep it as
'regress/regress-1200351': [PASS, ['mode == debug', SLOW, NO_VARIANTS]],

As the standard variant might still be slow and we want the test to be amongst
the first that is started during one suite run.

We also don't want to forget to keep SLOW when we remove NO_VARIANTS again after
the problem is solved.
