Stop skipping tests that now work.

A few more WebSocket layout tests now pass with the new
implementation. Remove them from the TestExpectations.

This test is slow, so it could be a legitimate timeout. The problem is adding
the 5978 cookie headers in cookie-flood_wsh.py. If you can think of a way to
optimise that, please do.

Alternatively, we could mark the test as slow.

I was wrong. There is a performance regression in the browser for
no-crash-on-cookie-flood.html: http://crbug.com/346259
