Remove unused includes & using statements from blink::Platform implementations.

abarth, all of the removals are public/web in files implementing
public/platform/Platform.h. There is only one left.

Should we have some DEPS rule that prevents such includes? Assuming the one
remaining include is incorrect, this could have been prevented by such a rule.

Yes.  It looks like this code is cheating by using an "int" instead of an enum.
