Add more timezones to the tz selection UI

Add new timezone entries to the tz selection UI
    
Add Reykjavik, Oslo, Lisbon, Bucharest, Budapest, Ho Chi Minh, etc.

TEST=Added timezones show up in the zone selection  menu.
