md_browser.py prints example URL & implicitly displays README.md files.

When running md_browser.py, display an example URL that works.

Also, for any directory URL, implicitly try /README.md for
convenience of URLS such as http://localhost:8080/docs.

sorry for the delay; lgtm .

Ideally a directory path would actually list the files in the directory plus the
contents of the README.md (like Gitiles does), but this is at least a good
incremental step towards that.
