Disable Me2Me host controls on unsupported Linux systems.

Currently a system is considered to be supported in three cases:
 1. ~/.chrome-remote-desktop-session file exists.
 2. ~/.config/chrome-remote-desktop directory exists.
 3. DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu is set in /etc/lsb-release

actually platform.dist() is deprecated in 2.6.  There is
platform.linux_distribution() - it looks like it's better than the current
approach because /etc/lsb-release doesn't exist in some distributions.
