I tried to add [OverrideBuiltins] and remove this check,
but fast/js/getOwnPropertyDescriptor.html tesst failed.

FAIL Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(document.getElementsByTagName('div'),
'length').enumerable should be true. Was false.

I will fix it in following patch.
