Rename the modules and classes in webkitpy.layout_tests.servers.

It has long annoyed me that the lighttpd implementation of the web server
code was called 'http_server', and that the base class was then called
'http_server_base', even though the base class is used by the web socket
server and the crash service. This patch renames things to bring in more
sanity:

http_server -> lighttpd
apache_http_server -> apache_http
websocket_server -> pywebsocket
http_server_base -> server_base

There are no functional changes in this patch.

This patch depends on https://codereview.chromium.org/150573014/ and is a
prelude to far more substantive patches that clean up the implementation of all
this server code before we land the win32 apache support.

I think the module would be better called "apache_httpd" than "apache_http", but
otherwise LGTM.

Yeah, I waffled on this. The current thinking is to match the product name
(which is "Apache HTTP Server" and "lighttpd"), while omitting the "server" 
part. Looking at it now, though, I realize I was still a bit inconsistent and
left the class name as 'ApacheHttpd'. Will fix.

Yeah, mostly having the module & class match. Either seems reasonable.
