Do we need the same fields added to FunctionExpressionInvocation?
BinaryExpression (can't remember whether we support generic operators)?

Yeah I think so. Was going to talk to Leaf and see if he's okay with me tackling
that next. (it's bug https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/25175 currently
assigned to him)
