If you were to just always set both signon_realm and original_signon_realm,
would this field then become redundant?

We need a flag to separate where this result came from, so either we have to set
original_signon_realm to something magic (NULL or empty?) and use that as an
identifyer instead. Probably we could then have a helper method defined for
PasswordForm, such as PasswordForm::IsPSLOriginMatch() (or a better name like
you mentioned earlier).

Could IsPSLOriginMatch() just return true iff signon_realm !=
original_signon_realm?  Or am I misunderstanding what the variables mean?

Removed this field, and instead checking for |original_signon_realm| to be
non-empty.
