nocompile tests are disabled by default, see
https://www.chromium.org/developers/testing/no-compile-tests if you want to get
them to work locally.

But I'm not a fan of nocompile tests, so this lgtm too if you like this more.

Yeah, I found that, but after I enabled it, the existing tests for scoped_ptr
didn't even compile properly.
