If this is left in for GOOGLE_TV would this cause a double call on the
media_source_delegate? Can't we just remove this outright?

GTV is not using media_source_player, so seek() will not be called twice as they
won't hit the OnMediaSeekRequest() method I added here. 
added a TODO here to sync up with the GTV team
