(I don't like this. If you ever add new fields that you don't want to "all",
this could become weird. Plus, this runs the risk of lazy folk simply wasting
resources. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask people to just set the things
they want to "true".)

Hm. Ok. I'll move it to a package level constant Message that can be copied into
place. This was mainly for dmtool's usage where the entire message was dumped
for logging/debugging reasons.
