Can we remove this method by changing toV8(WorkerGlobalScope*) in ToV8.h to
toV8(IsolatedGlobalScope*)?

Currently WorkerGlobalScope and WorkletGlobalScope don't share a super-class
(apart from ScriptWrappable, ExecutionContext).
