Make sure that the html libraries are correctly generated, and change the title
of this CL.

Otherwise LGTM.

This is a generated file. I can't see the same changes to the template files.
Make sure to run tools/dom/scripts/go.sh to regenerate these files.
Grep .darttemplate files for the sources of html_dart2js (and the other
generated files).
