Small follow up hendrikw@: There was some concerns expressed that your backlog
of Blink commits doesn't cover much in the way of creating or modifying public
API surface like WebVR is doing. As a result I'm only adding you as an OWNER of
the Chromium side, but I'll still ask you to review the Blink-side changes I
make so you can comment on the VR side of things and build of some Blink review
experience. (Although I don't expect there to be a high volume of changes.)
