Remove cache_uittest.cc. This test is flaky, and doesn't add anything on top of what the net/http/http_network_transaciton_unittest.cc or net/http/http_cache_unittest.cc unit-tests already check for. BUG=6491 Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=19572
