That name seems too broad to me. This service doesn't do everything media.

I think we're a long way from getting this right given that we don't know how
process affinity, process spawning, etc will work. Also, are we considering
adding to mojo a first-class way of doing service activation (as opposed to
singleton services)? That would eliminate the need for this service altogether.
