why did you need to add these in here?

have the corresponding hard-coded references to the function registrations / API
resources / etc been removed?

I originally added them so they would be in the GeneratedSchemas, but it turns
out I don't need input_method_private here since it was already registered with
ExtensionAPI. experimental_system_info_display is a special case since there is
also a non-experimental system_info_display. I ended up not putting
experimental_system_info_display in _api_features.json because then I would need
to put it here, and that caused some issues with duplicating
system_info_display.
