Fixed.

Here "iterator result" means an object having two members "done" and 
"value".

 - v8IteratorResultValue takes a value and returns {done: true, value}.
 - v8IteratorResultDone returns {done: false}.
 - v8UnpackIteratorResult takes an iterator result and returns its done and
value members.

Makes sense?

correction:
 - v8IteratorResult takes a value and returns {done: true, value}.
 - v8IteratorResultDone returns {done: false}.
 - v8IteratorResultValue takes two values for done and value members and returns
{done, value}.
 - v8UnpackIteratorResult takes an iterator result and returns its done and
value members.
