Magic.

Something happened to our waterfalls around Dec 02 17:08 (when glyco tests
started to suddenly fail).

More precisely, compare PYTHONPATH between these two builds:

For some mysterious reason it broke build.py on internal waterfall
(https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.infra/builders/infra-internal...).


It hurts to think what else might have been affected.
