Having factory methods with appropriate names that explain the purpose (e.g
BuildSessionForNudge) would be preferable to overloading the constructor like
this (for similar reasons to why the style guide forbids overloading functions).

Done.  I couldn't think of a good name for the non-nudge case, though.
