[md_browser] Add markdown.extensions.def_list to list of supported extensions.

This extensions is supported by Pegdown and Gitiles and is currently
used in the Chromiume code base.

WDYT? Support for this extension is currently missing from the Gitiles Markdown
documentation. I've filed https://code.google.com/p/gitiles/issues/detail?id=89
for that. Let me know whether you'd like to wait till some resolution happens
there.
