I'm a bit worried about leaking implementation details of the bindings for event
objects.

At the very least, this seems like a method that should be on WebDOMEvent unless
you see a path toward eliminating this method.

Is the "url" property something we have to support for backwards compat?  It
seems like you actually have a subclass of ProgressEvent that you are trying to
implement.

Having toV8Value here is no good.  We've decided not to add any more of these
functions to the API and we're hoping to remove the ones we have.

We need to find some other way of solving this problem.
