I might suggest renaming ready_... Maybe on_ready_[task[s]] or something
similar?

What's your reasoning behind that? We have a bunch of functions named
OnWhatever(), but that's because they run On Whatever. This object just
represents "Whatever" itself. "task" isn't quite right either. To some extent
this is actually a "startup_extensions_loaded" event, but I kept the original
name since the rest of the change is big enough.
