Rename SyntheticPointerGesture to SyntheticPointerAction

Rename SyntheticPointerGesture to SyntheticPointerAction.

SyntheticPointerGesture are low level pointer actions, such as mouse/touch
press/move/release, they are not high level gesture, so we rename it to
SyntheticPointerAction.
