The CL description does not match the code.
This CL merely adds a bit field for visited links.

LGTM with a change in the CL description.

Adding a workaround for clearing visited links in WKWebView

There is no public API to achieve this.
See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140201 for more details.

But, killing the WKProcessPool does clear the visited links.
Purging the WKProcessPool for clearing visisted links does have
the side-effect of also losing the in-memory cookies of WKWebView but
it is not a problem in practice since there is no UI to only remove
visited links but not cookies.

BUG=543575
TEST=
1) Enable WKWebView
2) Do a search and click on a link SRP
3) Go back to the SRP and notice that the color of the link has changed
from blue to red
4) Go to Chrome Menu --> Settings --> Privacy --> Clear All -->
Tap on “Clear All”
5) Search for the same term and notice that the color of the link
has become blue
