Adds a flag to control whether we use a warmup bench.

Yeah that's a good idea. I'm not sure I like this feature though so I think I'll
hold off for now on it. (Unless you want it in?)

for me, the value of this is being able to profile a particular visualbench
config without the warmup execution mixing profiling results
