    354261e7dd49 Sort "deps" and "public_deps" when running the "gn format" command.
    5b67bfea1fea fix gn bootstrap once again
    45e4d2956883 tools/gn: mark first TestTarget parameter as const

There are no actual GN changes listed in this CL (or in the buildtools CL).

Is that correct (and, if so, why bother with a roll), or is there maybe a bug in
the roll script?

I think it is a bug, there was a 'fatal: ambiguos argument' at the beginning. It
was about remote origin master, I can't paste it completly because the terminal
has scrolled down.

It should be pick three commits after the last roll:
354261e7dd491e88fde3b3bd3fa5ef6f1c629f00 (the sdefresne important one), and
5b67bfea1fea1bdcd3feb254d90c4147dee28f53
45e4d2956883c02a20e0269ae74b24923a34cbc5.
