Please change the cl title (e.g. work around no active indicator support in
ChromeVox Next); this isn't log spam but a real error :). We still need to come
up with a solution for active indicator on non-Chrome OS.

this is detected after not calling the non-existent async callback, but the
execution of the caller is not interrupted (that is, it is not throwing an
exception). Keeping the description.
