This patch is really simple, but I can't actually test it because I can't find
any styled labels in GTK-themed windows (I have no idea how to get the example
in the bug to show up; my website settings popup has no link on M47 or ToT).

wrt to lgarron's statement "It would be useful to have this merged into M48,
because I'll need it there (see screenshot).", I strongly disagree that this is
merge-worthy. Linux has shipped versions with much more glaring inconsistencies
than this.

LGTM; I just tested this code and it does fix the issue.
I have my own workaround for the particular issue I was referring to, so I defer
to you on merging.
