Revert "linux-aura/webrtc: Disable a couple of tests failing on the bots."

Flakiness should be fixed.  Renabling tests.

I don't really know anything about the tests. I was the one who disabled the
tests, because they were failing on the buildbots, not because I had any idea
what was wrong with them :) If the tests now pass, then they should indeed be
re-enabled! stamp LGTM
