Calling spinButtonDidReleaseMouseCapture in releaseCapture is correct though we
need to move it to outside of "if (m_capturing)". We need to dispatch 'change'
events for every callsites of releaseCapture().

I guess the root cause of the problem is
HTMLTextFormControlElement::m_textAsOfLastFormControlChangeEvent is not
initialized correctly.
