UI feedback (maybe not directly related to this CL):
* The purple background looks a little strange when the slider is all the way to
the right, I'm not sure what to do about that, maybe we should get rid of the
background.
* It would be great if we could make the column headers line up on one (or two)
lines so that they are all aligned, right now some headers are on the next line
from the radio button because the width is determined by the content of the
other column values.

Nothing looks strange to me, but feel free to make an adjustment after this CL,
or we can look at it together tomorrow and see if there is a change we want to
make...

I think it's important to keep the purple tab background (in some form), for the
clarity of the tabbed UI.

I would be in favor of that; we may be able to do that by forcing the checkbox
and checkbox label to be inline.

Or, I would be fine in leaving this as-is until we address

I'm gonna go ahead and commit this; I just realized that the server I had left
running for Rob to try wouldn't work anymore anyway, since I am working on
another UI change in another git checkout.
